Question 1

I received my shipment of DRIP STRIP & now want to install a 40-foot run. Do I just butt them end-to-end? I am afraid they might leak at connection points. I really don’t want to use calk. Or do you try to overlay them? What do you recommend?

Answer: If you overlap them about an inch you should not have any issues.

Question 2

I just received the drip strip. Your recommendation in case of loose fit behind the drip edge was to use a few trim nails to secure it. Would you nail aluminum trim nails through both drip edge and drip strip or only through drip strip below?

How many per strip 2? or 3?

Answer: I recommend using 1 trim nail in the center and one on every overlap of the ends. if you have enough room I would suggest nailing trough the drip strip into the fascia below the drip edge. If there isn’t enough room then you could go through the drip edge. Aluminum or stainless trim nails are fine. Let me know if you need anything else.
